Rather than offering training in isolation, LevelUp provides a pathway that combines vocational skills, confidence building, employability and progression support.
Initial Interview & Assessment - Every journey starts with the individual. We discuss the learner’s needs, interests, suitability and potential career pathway before identifying the most appropriate route.
Engagement & Skills - Learners take part in practical vocational training while developing confidence, routine and employability skills.
